Food Safety Training for Members of the Kyrgyz Poultry Farmers Association

Members of the Association of Poultry Farmers of Kyrgyzstan received information on regulatory requirements, private standards, and certification schemes during a one-day training on “Food Safety,” organized on February 12, 2024, by the Value Chain Agro Finance Project.

The participants were briefed on:
✅ Regulatory requirements for food safety
✅ Standards and certification schemes
✅ Conditions for participating in the Value Chain Agro Finance Project selection process to receive technical assistance for implementing standards and certification schemes.

The training was conducted by expert Almaz Davletov, who provided participants with practical knowledge on implementing high food safety standards.
